Terms of Service
Last updated: October 26, 2025
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and AeroEdit. Paddle.com acts as the Merchant of Record (MoR) for all paid plans, and your purchase is additionally subject to Paddle’s buyer terms. Please read everything carefully before using the product.
1. Accepting the Terms
By creating an account, accessing the dashboard, or otherwise using AeroEdit you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind yourself or the organization you represent. If you do not agree to every provision in these Terms, do not use AeroEdit.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, configuring role-based access, and ensuring that all information affiliated with your workspace is accurate and current. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that are compromised or violate these Terms.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
All paid plans are billed and fulfilled via Paddle. Taxes, currency conversion, refunds, and invoices are handled according to Paddle’s policies. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of the billing cycle unless canceled through your Paddle portal or by contacting support before renewal. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse AeroEdit, including but not limited to uploading unlawful content, interfering with the platform’s integrity, reverse engineering protected portions of the service, or using the product for competitive benchmarking without written consent. We may audit usage and disable features that threaten stability or security.
5. Intellectual Property
AeroEdit retains all rights, titles, and interest in the software, documentation, and branding. You obtain a limited, non-transferable license to use the product for your internal business needs. Feedback you provide may be used to improve AeroEdit without obligation to you.
6. Termination
You may stop using AeroEdit at any time, and we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or potential harm to the service. Clauses relating to intellectual property, warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
AeroEdit is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AeroEdit and its partners (including Paddle) are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages and our aggregate liability will not exceed the amounts paid for your subscription during the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Contact
